Bayou Bar Company was founded by Houston native Trent Lee. With almost a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, a burning passion for the industry, and a love of cocktails, the idea of sharing this passion with Houston was only a shear dream, however with the support of friends and family Bayou Bar Company was brought into existence in 2023.
The concept of this mobile bartending service has a rustic-modern appeal with cocktail capabilities ranging from classics, modern classics, to our own originals, and your future 1-on-1 cocktail menu tailored to the host and guests’ preferences. We create all of our syrups from scratch and juice each and every lemon and lime used for your cocktails.
